This rosary features a medal of St. Francis and St. Clare, and a beautifully detailed San Damiano cross, based on the famous San Damiano Cross that was painted in the 1100s and hung in an abandoned chapel near Assisi.
 
St. Francis of Assisi was deep in prayer before this cross, when he heard the voice of God, commanding him to "rebuild my church".
