The crucifix and medal were handcrafted in Italy by specialized artisans. Made with larger beads than our usual size for a nice weight. 
 
The design of the centrepiece medal takes reference from "The Madonnina" (Madonna of the Streets), a painting created by Roberto Ferruzzi (1854–1934).
